I have worked on technology, training, and corporate writing projects since 1991, with my most recent experience specifically being in technical and regulatory documentation. The bulk of my career has been spent serving in small and large-scale Business Analysis and Developer roles conducting technical and business research and providing written communication related to systems development (user requirements, system design, testing and training).
Over the years, I have also provided a variety of documentation including computer systems validation packages, internal procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate and adult education training materials, application user manuals, FDA submission documentation for pre-market medical devices and drugs, online help and web content.
