Ever

There is so much I miss
But there is so much I don’t.

I had no idea that I would be thinking now
Of the tiniest of moments then.

Life today consists of strangers
Full of polite and random encounters.

I wonder what would make me belong again
And how long this will last.

Everyone needs attention, affection, and supportive love
Or hope.
